Sun does not equal warmth

So here it is, February 16, 2005. It's an amazing day here in Seattle. Beautiful and sunny! You would think that after living in Washington for close to 8 years, that I would be accustomed to the fact that even though the sun may be out, it may or may not be warm. But no! I saw a sunny morning and expected it to be warm. Now, when I'm saying "warm" I was thinking in the 60s. Not too much to ask, I don't think. But it is mid-February and I'm not in the tropics. Sigh... :) I am thankful that it's not raining and will enjoy this sunshine as long as it lasts.

We're getting artic winds coming in and the weather forcast for tonight says it should get down to the teens. Brrrr!
